DCA's approach is unique in the telecom industy. Their business model, and clientele are different than many other billing companies. DCA Hired Bluedge Business Solutions to help them re-brand their offerings and services, better define their market and their messaging, and conduct sales training. Since Bluedge and DCA began working together, DCA has significantly increased their business and have added several new employees.

In addition, Bluedge helped DCA rip-and-replace their current CRM. We were able to install and train the sales force on the Zoho CRM system.
